Job summary

Google is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Sales in the Netherlands market. You will lead and coach a high-performing Dutch sales team, engaging with Dutch-speaking advertisers to deliver measurable digital advertising solutions that grow their businesses.

You will partner with the sales leadership team to set objectives, manage day-to-day operations, and drive advertiser success. Equity and a substantial bonus target accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
• Experience in a people management role leading sales teams in the Netherlands market.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team for the Netherlands market.
• Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, grow engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
• Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity.
