Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
• Experience in a people management role leading sales teams in the Netherlands market.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a Dutch sales team for the Netherlands market.
• Deliver against ambitious business and product goals for a portfolio of small businesses.
• Analyze data, trends, and client performance to develop plans and track activity.
• Model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement and objection handling.
• Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and drive advertiser success.
