Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland seeks a Customer Growth Associate for Google Customer Solutions in the Dutch market. You will engage with SMBs, leverage English and Dutch language skills, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes through strategic ads and data-driven guidance.

You will own relationships, collaborate with sellers, and help shape the future of Google Ads for regional clients while benefiting from a strong compensation package and equity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or related field.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
• Establish relationships via phone calls or email marketing and conduct regular phone consultations with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
• Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
