They will bring a hands-on management style, a clear understanding of commercial drivers, and the ability to prioritise effort where it delivers the greatest return. The Sales Manager will be comfortable working cross-functionally, able to challenge existing ways of working constructively, and confident in using data and systems to inform decision‑making. A straightforward communication style, strong organisational skills and a customer‑focused mindset are essential to success in this role.
