Qualificações

• Three+ years of sales management experience in a call centre.
• Proven ability to coach on the sales floor and raise performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Own team performance as part of New Business leadership.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent.
• Coach daily on the floor and give real-time feedback.
• Listen to calls, analyze performance and identify improvements.
• Manage KPIs and collaborate with the Inside Sales leadership to raise standards.
