Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking proactive Sales Executives to join our Dublin team. You will start with a base salary of $31,000 plus a $1,000 monthly bonus for the first three months, with uncapped commissions that offer a realistic earning potential of $70,000 and above.

You’ll target local businesses, conduct demos, and work within a team of 15 in our Dublin hub to close high-value deals. Training is provided to help you hit targets and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 100 dials per day to call businesses and sell the platform to new clients.
• Book demos for field agents to visit and close deals.
• Operate from the Dublin hub within a close-knit team of 15 sales staff.
• Contribute to achieving high monthly commissions through strong performance.

Sales Executives - Dublin 3

$31,000 basic salary + $1,000 bonus per month in first 3 months

We are on the lookout for the best sales talent in Dublin, to join an award winning company, who will give you the best support in the sales industry to be a huge success.

We will start by telling you about the Manager of this team. He is someone who is not afraid to reward his staff for the success and hard work they put in. We had an Executive who joined in this very role last year, he has already been promoted to Business Development Manager, has recently earnt $24,000 in commission in 1 month alone, and has now temporarily flown out to Canada to help set up a brand new sales desk for the business.

He is a prime example of what the manager will do for you if you come in, crack on, and achieve results. We don't expect you to come in and do this straight away, we are realistic in our expectations of you, giving you everything you need in the first few months to reach these levels with us.

What we are asking you for is achievable, and you'll have fun whilst doing so too.

We want those who can pick up the phone, make up to 100 dials per day, call businesses and sell our platform to potential new clients. Our platform has a range of features and benefits that can genuinely save companies time, cost, effort and stress if they choose to install the product.

You'll be a specialist within the Dublin region as a seller, going through a fact find and booking in demos for the field agents to visit and close. Our platform is a high value product, which means your looking at big commission payments every month.

You'll be based in a team of 15 sales staff in our Dublin hub, so this gives you the chance to join the business and actually have a huge impact within a close knit function.
