Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. You will identify high-potential opportunities, collaborate with the Sales team on campaigns, and set qualified meetings while building strong product knowledge and engaging IT and business decision-makers.

The role offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment with comprehensive sales training and a clear path toward Account Executive roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development or customer facing roles in a target driven environment, ideally in tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB across your region.
• Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns with Sales; set qualified meetings.
• Build product knowledge and interact with IT/business decision-makers via telephone and email.
