Job summary

ServiceNow in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative Intern to help build early-stage pipeline. You’ll generate meetings and support Sales through phone, email, and social outreach as part of a structured program.

As a full-time student graduating in 2028, you’ll gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions, learn core prospecting skills, and present a final project to leadership in a Hybrid 12-week internship. The program offers learning stipends and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings, or willingness to learn.
• Available to commit to a full-time 12-week internship starting June 2027, in a hybrid capacity.
• Willingness to learn AI-native tools and innovate on outreach and workflows.
• Interest in building customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and contributing to early-stage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers via phone, email, and social using approved messaging and qualification criteria.
• Drive outreach within target accounts; identify and engage new buying group members.
• Orchestrate meetings with customers and prospects for the Sales team.
• Gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions and present learnings to leadership.
