Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Intern – Business Development Representative to help generate meetings and build early-stage pipeline across multiple languages. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to reach out to target accounts, qualify opportunities, and engage buying group members via phone, email, and social media.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning of ServiceNow solutions and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full‑time student and will graduate 2028.
• Eligible candidates must be studying their bachelors.
• Available to commit to a full‑time 12‑week internship program June 2027 and to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Interest in building customer relationships and contributing to early‑stage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and collaborate across Sales and Marketing teams in a dynamic, structured program
• Engages current and future customers through phone, email, and social to connect with key contacts using approved messaging and defined qualification criteria
• Drive outreach within target accounts - Identify and engage new buying group members, validate signals and intent, and create personalized experiences at scale to deliver high quality pipeline opportunities
• Keep the right buying group members engaged across the opportunity by orchestrating meetings with customers and prospects for the Sales team
• Leverage cutting‑edge technology to unlock deeper relationships, accelerate momentum, and help close bigger deals
• Gain hands‑on experience with ServiceNow solutions, learning how they solve real customer challenges
• Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the Global Business Acceleration management team, Enablement team and Go-To-Market team(s)
• Present a final project to leadership, showcasing your impact and learnings
