As a Business Development Representative Intern, you’ll generate meetings that become qualified opportunities, supporting early‑stage pipeline growth and exposure to core prospecting techniques.

The 12‑week summer internship is hybrid, offering hands‑on experience with ServiceNow solutions and collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams to connect with buyers and drive pipeline

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full‑time student and will graduate December 2026 or later.
• Eligible candidates must be rising seniors or equivalent.
• Available to commit to a full‑time 12‑week internship in summer 2026 and to work in a hybrid capacity.
• High motivation, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Foundational knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings, or willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn outreach and qualification practices.
• Interest in building customer relationships and contributing to early‑stage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and collaborate across Sales and Marketing teams in a structured program.
• Engage current and future customers through phone, email, and social to connect with key contacts.
• Drive outreach within target accounts and qualify opportunities to deliver pipeline.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and prospects for the Sales team.
• Learn ServiceNow solutions and how they address customer challenges.
• Work with Global Business Acceleration and Go‑To‑Market teams and present a final project to leadership.
