Job summary

ESB in Tralee, County Kerry, is seeking a dedicated team member for Revenue Protection/Database within the RMS organisation. The role involves supporting the Team Leader and collaborating across RMS and ESB Networks, with hybrid working and in-person collaboration required at least two days per week.

The successful candidate will handle SAP updates, market messages, and customer interactions, bringing attention to detail and strong IT skills to the team.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

• Update Central Market Database (SAP) for ESB Networks and other Industry participants.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Market Messages.
• Liaise with RMS and ESB Networks functions.
• Resolve customer, supplier, and staff queries per customer charter.
• Manage and record all reported meter security issues.
• Bill customers for damaged equipment and unrecorded usage due to interference.
• Maintain confidentiality in this work area.
• Work on own initiative to achieve targets.
