Job summary

ESB is seeking a Programme Co-ordination Specialist in Dublin to analyse project commercial information and maintain real-time status reports. The role supports the EMP Programme Management Team and interacts with Networks and Generation finance to ensure accurate reporting.

The position requires at least 3 years in commercial project management, strong analytical skills, and experience with FMIS and SAP. Hybrid working with two days in the Dublin office is available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relavent experience.
• Experience in the commercial management of Networks and/or Generation projects.
• Experience in business and financial data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse FMIS and SAP finance information to provide real-time updates on project status.
• Liaise with EMP and Networks to track and report inputs aligning with budget objectives.
• Maintain commercial inputs for EMP Dashboards and Management Reports.
• Liaise with EMP Finance and ESB to ensure reporting consistency.
• Manage databases and SharePoint libraries supporting governance.
• Analyse project commercial information and drive process improvements.
• Develop and foster strong relationships to ensure success.
