Job summary

Electricity Supply Board in Ireland (Tralee, Kerry) seeks a confident Team Member to join the Database and Revenue Protection function. The role supports the Team Leader in operations, manages market data in SAP ISU, and helps deliver accurate billing and query resolution within RMS.

The successful candidate will work in a flexible hybrid environment, collaborating across RMS and ESB Networks, with opportunities to develop within the Revenue Protection/Database area and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP ISU.

Responsibilities

• Update the Central Market Database (SAP) for ESB Networks accurately and timely.
• Process Market Messages promptly and correctly.
• Liaise with RMS and ESB Networks functions.
• Resolve customer, supplier, and staff queries per customer charter.
• Record meter security issues and manage related actions.
• Bill customers for damaged equipment and unrecorded usage due to interference.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Work on own initiative to meet targets.
