Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, delivering accurate and timely orders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and coaching.
• Design and run case and queue management to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex orders and policy approvals; drive solutions.
• Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify performance trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to optimize order experience and policy clarity.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training; ensure compliance and internal controls.
• Standardize reporting to measure team performance and inform decisions.
