Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Dublin to ensure complete and accurate system inputs, timely order processing, and seamless provisioning. You will partner with Deal Desk and Internal Systems to resolve issues and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and NetSuite.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CPQ, ARR validation, and AWS Marketplace is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in Order to Cash, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related finance/systems role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ; experience with NetSuite and AWS Marketplace preferred.
• Working understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles as they apply to SaaS/subscription contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling high volumes of orders during close periods.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and IT/Systems teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; Tableau experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities in Salesforce to ensure completeness and accuracy before downstream processing into NetSuite.
• Validate ARR against contract terms and pricing before deals proceed in the order-to-cash cycle.
• Create and monitor indirect sales orders via AWS Marketplace; coordinate with AWS Support on issues.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before orders progress in the order-to-cash cycle.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint between deal closure and financial system entry to minimize rework.
