Pinterest is seeking a Manager I, Revenue Operations (Order Management) in Ireland to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to enhance the order experience and drive automation that boosts efficiency and compliance.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote-to-Cash operations.
• Operational rigor with measurable outcomes, evaluating issues from multiple angles.
• Requires office collaboration up to two times per month.
• Deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems including CPQ, pricing, order orchestration, and revenue recognition, supported by ERP/CRM platforms and reporting tools.
• Global people management experience aligned with mission and values.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue operations or a similar global organization, with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment and accuracy.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to scale processes that drive revenue.
• Design and run case and queue management to meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex orders and drive root-cause fixes.
• Develop and monitor key operational metrics for performance insights.
