Job summary

• Demonstrated global people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Order Management and CPQ, pricing, order orchestration, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle, delivering accurate orders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with coaching and accountability.
• Design and run case and queue management to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex orders and policy approvals; drive root-cause fixes.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key operational metrics to identify performance trends.
