Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist in Dublin to own the end-to-end order-to-bill process. You will process customer orders, generate invoices, manage subscription changes, and resolve discrepancies to keep revenue operations accurate. The role requires 3+ years in order management and/or billing within a B2B environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and the Accounts Receivable team to maintain a clean, audit-ready billing process as volume scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on order management and/or billing experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience resolving order/billing discrepancies cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, or AR.
• Experience owning order entry and invoice generation at volume.

My client based in Dublin 2 have an immediate requirement for a detail-oriented Order Management & Billing Specialist to support their growing Accounting team.

In this role, you will own the order-to-bill process: processing customer orders, generating accurate invoices, managing subscription and changes, and resolving order and billing discrepancies before they affect collections.

You will work in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment, partnering closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and the Accounts Receivable team to keep billing clean and audit-ready as transaction volume scales. This role is central to a smooth order-to-cash cycle and to the accuracy ofrevenue operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years hands-on order management and/or billing experience in a B2B environment, enterprise or mid-market.
