Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Good computer skills; CRM and SAP an advantage – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
• Provide updates on returns outstanding in a timely manner.
• Process returns, credits and debits in line with procedures; coordinate with warehouse and contacts.
• Investigate returns and coordinate with CS team and sales for further information.
• Maintain logs and inform Transport about issues; provide weekly returns reports.
