Krispy Kreme UK & IRE in Swords is hiring for a Retail Shift Leader. You will oversee shift operations, supervise a friendly team, and ensure top-notch service while maintaining store standards and safety. The role offers full-time hours and opportunities to develop within a growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, engage customers with a smile and ensure service is fast and precise.
• Supervise team members on the floor, assist with till operations and stock management.
• Oversee daily tasks, assist with recruitment when needed and step in for store manager in their absence.

Step into the spotlight as a Retail Shift Leader!

This isn't just any job - it's your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you'll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You'll run the show on shift - front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.


• You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.


• You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic - stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone's happy to be here. When your manager's away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
