Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited in Cork is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to step on the floor, lead the team, and deliver smiles to customers. You’ll manage daily operations, train staff from day one, run tills, serve doughnuts and drinks, and support recruitment when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running the floor or readiness to step into that role.
• People-first leadership with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Full availability including weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift front-and-centre with customers, driving sales and ensuring safety, cleanliness and smooth operations.
• Guide and develop the team on duty, handle till duties, drinks, and display cabinets.
• Assist with stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, recruitment support, and cover when the manager is away.

This isn't just any job — it's your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you'll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You'll run the show on shift — front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
• You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone's happy to be here. When your manager's away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
