Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Swords is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to run daily operations on shift, greet customers, and uphold our fun, clean environment.

You will coach the team, handle till, serve drinks and doughnuts, manage stock and weekly wrap-ups, and help recruit new staff while keeping high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift on front line with customers, delivering smiles and keeping the area safe, clean and on point.
• Guide and motivate the team, work the till, serve drinks and treats, and maintain a ready cabinet.
• Handle stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and support recruitment to keep the team engaged.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift — front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
• You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
