Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE is hiring a Senior Shift Leader in Blanchardstown. You will lead from the front in our Dublin shop and support two additional locations, shaping team performance and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Based primarily in Dublin four days a week, you’ll own rotas, stock, KPIs and P&L, coach Shift Leaders, and travel to two extra shops as needed to ensure strong results across all sites.

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail, hospitality, coffee, QSR or another fast-paced customer environment.
Able to lead, coach and motivate a team, maintaining high performance and standards.
Confident in day-to-day operations including rotas, labour planning, stock, ordering, availability and waste.

Responsibilities

Own rotas and people planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place while controlling labour costs.
Own stock and ordering, manage availability, stock levels and waste for smooth shop operation.
Manage P&L and KPIs, analyze performance and drive improvements across shops you support.
Lead from the front, serve customers, support busy rushes and model high standards.

Step up and shine as a Senior Shift Leader!

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? As a Senior Shift Leader, you'll get the best of both worlds, leading from the front in our Dublin shop while building your experience across multiple locations.

Primarily based in Dublin four days a week, you'll also provide hands-on leadership and support to two additional shops, helping our teams perform at their best and making sure we're delivering brilliant results and unforgettable customer experiences.

This isn't just about running a great shift. You'll have real ownership of the things that keep a successful shop moving, from rotas, stock and ordering to KPIs and P&L performance. You'll use the numbers to make smart decisions, develop our people and help drive great results across the shops you support.

Your Mission

No two days will look exactly the same. You'll be a go-to senior leader who can lead a brilliant shift, coach and develop others, understand what the numbers are telling you and step into another shop when your leadership is needed.

You’ll

Lead and develop our teams, coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members to be their best and helping build confident, high-performing teams.

Own rotas and people planning, making sure we've got the right people in the right place at the right time while keeping labour in line with the needs of the business.

Own stock and ordering, managing availability, stock levels and waste to keep our shops running smoothly.

Get hands-on with the P&L, understanding what's driving performance and using the numbers to make smart decisions around sales, labour, waste and controllable costs.

Drive KPIs and shop performance, spotting opportunities, putting actions in place and helping teams deliver against their targets.

Support performance across three shops, spending the majority of your week in Dublin while providing leadership and support to our two additional locations.

Coach and support other Shift Leaders, sharing best practice, building their confidence and helping them grow as leaders.

Champion customer happiness, creating those feel-good Krispy Kreme experiences that keep our guests coming back for more.

Own brilliant operational standards, making sure our shops are safe, clean, well organised and always living up to the Krispy Kreme brand.

Lead from the front, getting stuck in alongside the team and being there when it matters most, whether that's serving customers, making drinks, boxing up our irresistible doughnuts or helping smash a busy rush.

What You'll Bring

You've got experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail, hospitality, coffee, QSR or another fast- paced customer environment.

You know how to lead, coach and motivate a team, creating a great place to work while keeping performance and standards high.

You're confident managing day-to-day operations, including rotas, labour planning, stock, ordering, availability and waste.

You've got good commercial awareness and understand how the decisions you make day to day can impact sales, costs and profitability.

You're comfortable working with KPIs and P&L information, using the numbers to spot opportunities and take action to improve performance.

You can balance people, customers and commercial performance, knowing that all three matter when it comes to running a brilliant shop.

You're confident stepping into different shops, quickly building relationships and understanding where your leadership can make the biggest difference.

You're organised and adaptable, with the confidence to make decisions, take ownership and keep things moving.

You bring energy, positivity and resilience, because supporting more than one shop means every day can be a little different.

You're flexible and able to travel to our two additional shops when required.
