Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited is hiring a Retail Shift Leader at our Swords Pavilions store. You’ll run the show on shift, greet customers, contribute to sales, and keep the store safe, clean, and presentable.

You’ll lead the team, coach colleagues, handle till and beverage service, and assist with stock checks and weekly wrap-ups. The role offers a fun, inclusive environment with doughnuts on offer every day.

Responsibilities

• Run the show on shift — front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
• Guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
