As a Food Production & Cleaning Operative, you’ll be right at the heart of making our famous doughnuts.
You’ll help prepare and mix ingredients, work across our production line and make sure every doughnut meets our high quality standards. You’ll also play a big part in keeping things sparkling — cleaning and sanitising our production machinery, equipment, trays, utensils and work areas to maintain our high food safety and hygiene standards.
It’s a hands-on, physical role in a busy manufacturing environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace and getting involved in both food production and cleaning duties.
You’ll work 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays, across a mixture of early, day, evening and night shifts.
Shifts can start as early as 5:00am and finish as late as 1:00am, so full flexibility across our shift patterns is required.
Hourly Pay: Plus an additional €1 per hour when working between midnight and 6:00am.
Training & Development: We offer plenty of support and training to help you master your role. If you’re looking to develop your skills and climb the career ladder, we have a framework in place to help you grow.
Great availability and flexibility to work across our manufacturing shift patterns, Monday to Sunday

A strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude
A great team player who takes pride in high standards
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment
A willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest!
We embrace diversity within our teams, so whether you’re a foodie, drink lover, sport enthusiast, gym bunny, movie buff, history geek, gamer, music fan, book worm, none of the above or all the above, you’ll find a friend here!
