Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Blanchardstown, Ireland, is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to run the shift, engage with customers, and drive sales in a dynamic store environment. You will lead a collaborative team, manage till operations, serve hot and cold beverages, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout your shift.

• Experience leading on shop floor or in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift on the shop floor, interact with customers, drive sales, and keep the store safe and clean.
• Lead and develop the team, supervise till, serve drinks and doughnuts, and maintain visual standards.
• Handle stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and recruitment when needed; cover for the manager in their absence.

This isn’t just any job — it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift — front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
• You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
