Krispy Kreme UK & IRE Cork is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to run the floor, greet customers with a smile, drive sales, and keep the store clean, safe and inviting for every guest.

You will lead a friendly team, handle till and food service, stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assist with recruitment when required, with paid training from day one and full availability including weekends.

Qualifications

Experience running a retail floor or leading a team on shift.
Strong customer service focus and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Run the shift on the shop floor with customers, boosting sales and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Lead the team, work till duties, serve drinks and snacks, and maintain an appealing display.
Handle stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assist with recruitment when needed.

This isn't just any job - it's your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you'll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

You'll run the show on shift - front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic - stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
