Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland is hiring a Shift Manager for the Naas Factory in Ireland. You will lead a team during an evening shift, ensure production targets, quality standards, and a safe working environment while delivering high quality doughnuts to stores nationwide.

You'll work a 45-hour week across five evening shifts, from early morning to early afternoon, in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This hands-on leadership role offers development and progression within our growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments (desirable).
• Proven leadership experience within an FMCG or manufacturing setting (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and good IT literacy.
• A passion for continuous improvement and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team throughout your evening shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the factory floor.
• Handle challenges confidently and support your team day to day.
• Act as the senior person on-site in the absence of the Site Manager.

Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Naas is the heart of our doughnut production in Ireland. It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. Located in Monread Industrial Estate, just off the N7, the factory is a fast-paced, collaborative, and exciting place to work — where every doughnut begins its journey to spreading joy.

You’ll work a 45-hour week over five evening shifts, with shifts falling between 5:00am and 2:00pm

What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Naas Factory operations, leading a team to ensure smooth production, high‑quality standards, and a safe working environment.

You’ll:

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met

• Handle challenges confidently and support your team day to day
• Act as the senior person on‑site in the absence of the Site Manager

This role calls for strong leadership, sound decision‑making, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
