• Resolve customer complaints promptly and document handovers.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and till reconciliation.
• Oversee coin orders and till balancing.
• Conduct regular site walks and report equipment issues.
• Ensure staff dress and policy compliance.
• Detect and report theft or discrepancies on duty.
