Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience managing a fresh food/food service or multi-site operation.
Experience managing high-volume food-to-go or fast-food environments.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong food safety, health & safety and retail compliance knowledge.
Experience controlling costs, stock, waste and labour scheduling.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management of the retail site to ensure efficiency.
Oversee fresh food operations and maintain high quality standards.
Lead, coach and develop team members and department managers.
Drive sales growth through merchandising, promotions and customer engagement.
Monitor performance against KPIs and support site budgets.
