Excel Recruitment is seeking an energetic Duty Manager for a leading retailer in Cork, Republic of Ireland. You will lead your shop team on the floor, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure customers leave with a reason to return.

You will motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment, coach staff to reach their potential, and uphold high standards of presentation, merchandising, and store operations. This role offers ongoing training and real opportunities to progress.
