Job summary

M3 Mulhuddart Services is seeking a fully flexible Retail Duty Manager for the M3 Mulhuddart site in Dublin. You will lead by example, motivate a team, and deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The role requires strong people management skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site duties and shift coverage form a core part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff on site and delegate duties.
• Implement company operating standards daily.
• Provide consistent management presence and assist all departments during busy periods.
• Ensure high standard of service at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and document handover.
• Balance tills and oversee cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Regularly walk the site to monitor operations and equipment.
