You will participate in all aspects of store activity, including opening/closing, cash handling, and assisting customers with bets across EPOS terminals and in-shop transactions.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Shop Manager and team with day-to-day running of the shop.
• Open and close the shop; manage and guide shop team; cash handling procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable approach.
• Accept bets and process customer bets through multiple channels (EPOS terminals and in-shop).
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to in-shop and online offerings.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and comply with safety, compliance and shop operations.
