Job summary

BoyleSports in Stillorgan is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the Shop Manager and team with the day‑to‑day running of the store, delivering an outstanding, friendly customer experience and handling bets accurately.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing cash procedures, guiding the team, promoting the brand, and helping customers navigate our multi‑channel/digital journey while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role in a retail environment.
• Demonstrates trust and integrity in daily tasks.
• Flexible to operate 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily shop operations.
• Open and close the shop; manage cash handling procedures and supervise the team in absence of managers.
• Provide excellent customer experience and promote BoyleSports products and services.
• Process bets accurately through multiple channels and EPOS system.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and guide customers through multi-channel/digital journey.
• Maintain high presentation standards and ensure compliance with procedures.
