Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Open/close the shop and guide the team when needed.
• Accept and process bets via terminals and EPOS system.
• Maintain high shop presentation and compliance with procedures.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and promote in-store and online offerings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
