Job summary

BoyleSports Urlingford is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the Shop Manager in delivering an outstanding experience for customers while handling bets and cash in a busy retail betting environment.

You will open/close the shop, supervise the team at times, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all procedures. Training and progression opportunities are available within a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations.
• Open and close the shop and guide the team in the absence of managers.
• Manage cash handling procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer experience across betting terminals and in-shop transactions.
• Introduce customers to multi-channel/digital offerings and products.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and comply with safety and compliance procedures.
• Support training and development opportunities within the store.
