Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a restaurant leadership role.
• Experience in a hotel bar environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver guest service.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and trends.
• Ability to manage budgets, stock costs, and labour.
• Familiarity with licensing laws and HACCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth running of all bar and restaurant outlets with excellent service.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager and act as lead contact when on site.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor stock, deliveries, storage, rotation and waste control.
• Lead, train and develop bar staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive sales through promotions, menu innovation and events.
• Manage cash handling, till procedures and daily reporting.
