Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead a busy bar and dining operation within the hotel. The role is based in Temple Bar, Dublin, with in-person work and a focus on delivering exceptional service as part of a newly opening hotel.

You will oversee staff, stock, menu development, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have F&B management experience – minimum 3 years.
• Must have great customer service experience.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and be flexible.
• Must understand local trends and needs.
