Job summary

The Noel Group is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Manager to join a well-established hotel operation in Kildare. You will oversee the day-to-day bar and dining activities, delivering outstanding service standards and driving commercial performance across outlets.

Lead a large F&B team across dining, events, weddings, conferences and corporate functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Role

You will lead a large food and beverage team, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience across dining, events, weddings, conferences, and corporate functions.

• Commercially focused with strong financial and stock control knowledge.
• Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Experience within a hotel environment would be highly advantageous.
