Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage or Bar Manager in high-volume hospitality or events.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar/hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency and hygiene.
• Lead, coach, and develop bar staff including rotas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries and complaints.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and stock reconciliations.
• Implement cost controls to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
• Monitor bar sales, labour costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Develop promotions, events and beverage menus to drive revenue.
• Maintain high standards in cocktail preparation, presentation and quality.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and alcohol service regulations.
