Job summary

The Hyatt Centric, in partnership with Hodson Bay Group, invites applications for a Bartender in Dublin. You will greet guests, recommend drinks and maintain high service standards in a busy hotel bar environment.

Mixology/cocktail experience is essential; previous roles in cocktail bars or 4/5-star hotels are a distinct advantage. Benefits include meals on duty, uniform care, Hyatt discounts, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy bar.
• Mixologist/cocktail experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or 4/5* hotel is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide beverage recommendations and upsell premium brands.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and stock as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and balance cash/record sales.
• Assist in training new bar staff and support food service when required.
