Levy Ireland at The Convention Centre Dublin is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily bar operations and drive guest experiences at this iconic venue. You will lead bar staff, manage beverage inventory and costs, ensure licensing compliance and deliver high service standards while developing promotions to increase revenue.

The role offers a competitive package up to €50,000 plus excellent benefits and opportunities within a world-class hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Food & Beverage or Bar Manager in a high-volume events or hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines and bar operations; licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar/hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness and compliance.
• Lead, coach and schedule bar staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stock rotation and stock reconciliations.
• Implement cost-control measures to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
• Monitor bar sales, labour costs, budgets and overall financial performance.
• Develop promotions, events and beverage menus to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain high standards in cocktail preparation, presentation and quality.
• Ensure licensing, health and safety, hygiene and alcohol service compliance.
