Job summary

Comer Group Ireland is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our Head Office in Naas, Co Kildare. The role focuses on managing a proportion of our large property portfolio with a team of regional maintenance staff providing support.

You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in residential property management, a full driving license, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, 1–2 years preferred.
• Full clean driver's license required.
• PRSA license desirable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for tenant and business-related queries within your assigned portfolio.
• Dealing with tenant's queries and coordinating any maintenance/block management requirements.
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, third party contractors and relevant committees.
• Managing tenant leases, rental income, ensuring rents are paid on time and taking appropriate action as required.
• Checking bank statements and allocating rent daily.
• Planning and overseeing annual service charge budgets and apportionments.
• Coordinating facilities management including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Working closely with letting agents to ensure vacant properties are listed for let.
• Updating property schedules for monthly reports.

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Manager to join our Residential Property team at our Comer Group Ireland Head Office in Naas, Co Kildare.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the property sector, and will be a quick learner with a very high attention to detail. Our current team manage a large property portfolio, for which this role would be responsible for a proportion. Our current team are dynamic, hard working and dedicated to their roles, and are supported by our regional Maintenance Teams. In order to be successful in this role, a candidate will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to work on initiative. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is eager to learn and gain invaluable experience in the property sector.

• Ability to work on your own initiative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with management of block property management as well as knowledge of property legislation in Ireland
