Job summary

Savills Ireland is seeking a proactive Property Management Administrator to join its PRS team in Dublin. You will support Property Managers, handle arrears, rent reviews, RTB registrations, inspections, and coordinate maintenance to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or tenant management is desirable.
• Ability to learn and implement a new computer system.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication with residents and applicants.
• Team player who is solution oriented.
• Good negotiation skills and deadline awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers and ensure lettings and rental data are up to date.
• Arrears management.
• Rent review / review.
• RTB Registration.
• Carry out property inspections.
• Respond to enquiries within service levels.
• Coordinate maintenance requests from residents within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents and applicants.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects from Management.
