Job summary

Savills Ireland is seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our property management team at Dublin 2. The role focuses on assisting the team in managing a portfolio of commercial properties, liaising with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to deliver a full service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management would be beneficial.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue statements of account to tenants and provide updates versus previous balances.
• Assist accounts to raise demands in line with lease provisions and track arrears.
• Respond to tenant financial queries relating to invoices and charges.
• Support client financial reporting – recording balances and arrears.
• Data entry on property management programs – setting up tenancy agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments on client projects.
• Maintain property management databases and ensure protocol adherence.
• Keep property files updated and organized.
• Attend departmental and client meetings and take minutes.
