Job summary

EverAI in Ireland is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of safety initiatives across platforms. You will translate safety policies into effective product features, moderation capabilities, and third-party integrations while collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support.

You will help identify risks earlier, build safeguards into new features, and improve performance of safety systems as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Data-driven decisions to align with legal/ethical standards.
• Ability to define metrics, run experiments and translate findings into policy.
• Experience translating safety needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define safety policy-driven product strategy and deliverables.
• Own moderation tech improvements and integration with AI/ML teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout.
• Create dashboards and QA processes for proactive issue detection.
• Perform red teaming and adversarial testing for safeguards.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features and changes.
