Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of safety initiatives across our platforms. You will turn safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements.

Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help us identify risks earlier, build safeguards, and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• Data-driven decisions that align with legal/ethical standards and measure impact.
• Experience in content moderation and AI guardrails for a consumer product.
• Legal/safety work experience translating requirements into policy-backed features.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, ops, and support; English fluent.
• Comfort with using AI tools to enhance safety, moderation, and policy enforcement.
• Experience as the point person for third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
• Proactive ownership mindset; able to drive initiatives with ambiguity.
• Comfort handling uncensored content and sensitive contexts.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety and legal requirements into product features and roadmaps.
• Own moderation tech improvements and in-house EverGuard systems with engineering/AI teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and monitoring.
• Create safety dashboards and QA processes to detect issues and improve measures.
• Own testing for misuse and edge cases; drive remediation and retesting.
• Lead trust & safety reviews for new features and model/integration changes.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement with relevant teams.
