Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platform. You will translate complex safety and legal requirements into practical features and tooling, partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Compliance, and Support to reduce risk and protect users.

You will drive moderation improvements, manage external partnerships, and build dashboards for proactive monitoring. This role suits someone comfortable navigating uncensored content and fast-moving AI environments.

Qualifications

• Data-driven decisions informed by metrics, experiments, and user research.
• Experience shaping moderation and safety requirements for consumer platforms.
• Understanding of AI guardrails and how to implement safety controls.
• Ability to work with engineering, legal, operations, and support teams.
• Fluency in English and comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and KPIs.
• Own improvements to in-house moderation systems and EverGuard tech with Eng/AI teams.
• Manage third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to deployment and monitoring.
• Build safety dashboards and QA processes to detect issues and ensure controls work.
• Lead red-teaming and adversarial testing for moderation and safeguards.
• Run T&S reviews for new features and major changes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate incident response and continual safety improvements across the org.
