Job summary
EverAI is building the future of AI companionship and seeks a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will translate safety and legal requirements into product features, moderation capabilities, and integrations, collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product and Support.
You will shape the safety product function from the outset, reporting to the CTO and Legal/Safety Lead, with ownership and impact as the company scales.
Qualifications
- Experience translating safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Experience working with moderation technologies (AI/ML) and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading or contributing to third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
- Experience using data to drive safety metrics and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product requirements and engineering work.
- Own moderation technology product improvements and AI guardrails in collaboration with Engineering/AI teams.
- Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to implementation and monitoring.
- Create dashboards and QA processes to proactively detect safety issues and improve measures.
