Job summary

EverAI seeks a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platform. You will translate safety requirements into product features, moderation capabilities, and third-party integrations, collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product and Support to identify risks and build safeguards.

You will lead in-house moderation tech, manage third-party partnerships, create safety dashboards, and lead red-teaming and reviews for new features in our fully remote team,

Qualifications

• Data-driven product decisions that align with legal/ethical standards; metrics, A/B tests and dashboards.
• Content moderation and AI guardrails; strategies for scalable moderation and automation.
• Legal/safety work experience; translate requirements for a consumer-facing product.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication with engineering, legal, operations and support; fluent in English.
• AI fluency; comfortable with AI tools and exploring new approaches without supervision.
• Point person for third-party partnerships; testing and discussions with providers.
• Ownership and initiative; act without waiting for a full brief, balance execution with planning.
• Comfortable with uncensored models and content in the product category.

Responsibilities

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery; translate policies into product requirements and engineering work.
• Internally developed moderation technologies; own product side of EverGuard improvements with Engineering/AI teams.
• Third-party safety partnerships and integrations; lifecycle management from evaluation to rollout and performance.
• Safety dashboards, monitoring, QA; identify issues and ensure measures work as intended.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing; track findings through remediation and retesting.
• Trust and safety reviews for new features; proactive safety considerations in design.
• Incident follow-through and continuous improvement; coordinate response with incident management and policy teams.
